Breakages and Repairs
I agree
to reimburse the Bremners the amount required to
cover the cost of replacing broken or damaged items; or for a tradesman to
repair breakages or damages incurred to the property. I also agree to leave the
property clean and tidy
Leisure facilities
I
confirm that I have not paid for and, as instructed by the Bremners of 16
Valley Lodge, will not use Honicombe Manors leisure
facilities
Disclaimer
I agree
that the Bremners shall in no way be liable for any
loss or injuries which may occur whilst on their premises and it understood
that it is my responsibility to ensure adequate insurance has been taken out to
cover all eventualities
